The symposium registration includes:

• A participant kit
• The conference proceedings (download or USB key)
• Access to all official conference sessions
• Coffee breaks Wednesday through Friday (Sept 11-13)
• Lunch Wednesday through Friday
• 1 admission to the Social event on Thursday (Sept 12) evening
• 1 admission to the poster and networking session (tapas & drinks) on Wednesday (Sept 11), after the scientific session

The participant is responsible for his/her hotel accommodation and travel arrangements.

Cancellation information

Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise the Symposium Chair of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the Symposium Chair (carlo.lazado@nofima.no) immediately.

• Provided written notice is received by 2nd August 2019, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge.
• Provided written notice is received by 23rd August 2019, a 50% refund will be given.
• Please note, registrations cancelled after 23rd August 2019, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.
